

Council President Louis Molinini
Louis Molinini is the Americas PDS Variable Business Lead at JLL. He is responsible for P&L management and leading teams driving growth, sales, and project JLL. Louis collaborates closely with market colleagues to achieve top-level performance in every market. Aligning with the Americas Brokerage Operating Council through a senior Operating Council member, he enables integration, organizational development partnership, and performance optimization across geographies and teams. Louis possesses extensive experience in developing projects for corporate office and hospitality clients in the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan area. His responsibilities included determining project feasibility, establishing project strategies, modeling financial returns, assembling consultant teams, directing the entitlement process, and managing the design and construction process. Additionally, Louis collaborated with other real estate professionals to ensure strategic leasing and management of developed properties.

Council Commissioner Jae Englebrecht
Colonel Joseph A. (Jae) Engelbrecht Jr.(Ret) is President of Engelbrecht Associates LLC, and is an Expert in Residence at Toffler Associates, a strategic advisory firm that helps CEOs and senior executives succeed in a rapidly changing environment. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer and platoon leader in Vietnam, an aide, a missile senior commander, an Air Force planner, an international political affairs officer, and a war college professor. As a Joint Chiefs of Staff nuclear treaty negotiator, he was decorated by the Secretary of State and commended by the President. Building on a lifetime of Scouting in five councils, he is a member of the National Commissioner Technology Team and has served on the faculty of the Philmont National Training Center. He is a NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout and an Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor. He has a Ph.D. in international relations from Columbia University.

Scout Executive/CEO Mario Pérez
Mario Pérez was the Deputy Scout Executive/Chief Operating Officer of the NCAC for four years before being selected as Scout Executive. Previously, he was the Scout Executive/CEO of the Scouting America Yucca Council. Yucca Council serves nearly 5,000 youth and over 2,200 volunteers throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Over a twenty-one year career, Mario has successfully served four Scouting America Councils and helped to achieve Council objectives in the development and implementation of programs for Scouts of all ranks. His aptitude to work with youth and adults from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic conditions (rural, urban, multi-cultural, corporate, military etc.) has helped in the accomplishment of successful volunteer recruitment, youth membership growth, innovative fund-raising programs and creative youth program delivery.
